Sweet cous-cous <3

Nom nom! 

Try this for brekky or a light meal/ snack!! Yummo! Chocked full of energy and goodness!! 

I usually soak my cous-cous in hot water and butter, but this time I used a couple of teaspoons if coconut oil in with the water instead. I threw in some currants, cranberries, chopped fig, cinnamon, coconut, linseeds and sunflower seeds. Served with a dollop of coconut cream :) 

Why not mix up a quick and nutritious cous-cous snack! How do you like yours?
